110-300-0165(2)(b)- plastic bags found in the bathtub accessible to children. This was corrected during visit by placing bags in locked bathroom cabinet. 110-300-0165(3)(d) - the washer and dryer are accessible to children, no longer have a safety lock device. 110-300-0165(4)(c)(iii) - the two free standing lamps found in the living room are not attached or secured. 110-300-0165(5)(f) - an extension cord in use in the Livingroom.
